Bus Business Consultants is led by Brian Dickson, an experienced ground transportation executive who spent nearly 20 years on the operator side of the industry. Clients work directly with Brian and benefit from practical, senior-level perspective developed through leading complex operations, organizational turnarounds, and teams of hundreds of employees.
Brian remains actively involved throughout every engagement, bringing real-world operating experience rather than abstract theory. When specialized expertise is needed, he draws upon a trusted network of professionals with capabilities relevant to the work.
